I was building for the web long before AI made it fashionable. Hand-written HTML and CSS, front-end builds from scratch, and the unglamorous side too: standing up server infrastructure and hosting private game worlds (Minecraft, World of Warcraft) for communities that expected them to just work. That barebones foundation, backed by an Associate in Applied Sciences in Network & Computer Engineering, is what everything here stands on.

Professionally I live where systems meet people: IT service management, ITIL-grounded operations, customer service management, and front-line support at retail scale. I lead from the front and I'm a deliberate jack of all trades, comfortable anywhere between a patch cable and a stakeholder meeting. Today my workflow adapts, augments, and scales with AI tooling: agent workflows, generative art and music, 3D games in the browser. The machines got faster. The judgment about what to build and how to steer is still human.

Next on the bench: a line of apps and games focused on IT service management · help desk simulators, troubleshooting skill-builders, and tools that make support work sharper and more fun to learn.
